all the admin work was done online........so easy.......I was in the rental unit soon after the "paperwork" was completed. The place is convenient and clean....with easy access.

Absolutely AWFUL.. Go some place else. They WILL steal your storage.

Over priced and raising cost has a security gate but units were broken into. Was not informed of the break-in. How do you hear about it from the Milton PD Facebook page. They have cameras but canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t identify people should be offering current customers a discount.

Most of this transaction from start to move in I did online. I made a spelling error on the registration. I called the phone number and customer service was awesome. Note: I called a few times because I had questions and every person I talked to was friendly and helpful Г°ЕёЛњЕ

My 5'x8' locker was concealed behind the buildings with big lockers (which have a different numbering system). Eventually I found it and my move-in became straightforward and easy. I highly recommend this storage facility for its convenient location, ease of access and clean conditions. Customer Service was friendly and tried to help me when I called them. A prompt at the sign-in kiosk or an old-fashioned sign at the ends of the 200-ft-long drive aisles "look here for more small lockers" would have been helpful.

Easy to reserve online. Easy to locate. One phone call and the contracts were completed. The unit was ready to be moved into and was clean.

They're nice storage units. However, whoever decided to install gates and fencing so tight, needs a talking to. If you have even a small trailer with stuff you're trying to unpack or load, good luck. No room whatsoever to maneuver or turn around. They did this at all the locations close to me. Why?

The reservation and rental process were easy to navigate and the unit is spacious.
