Just moved in everything was fine except lock as not in unit had to purchase one.. otherwise everything is fine

Would rather have someone there if you need something. We were suppose to have a complimentary lock and there wasn't any lock, had to go get one

Was easy to do online. Easy in and out. Perfect for what we needed it for.

Only issue is I am not use to not having anyone on site if I need anything.

Got there and my storage i couldn't get into because of your lock on it. Called and directed to another and all is good

My first time in renting a storage unit and this was the best price out of all off the rest.

The first day we went to load our storage unit there were homeless people sleeping in the storage sheds the second day we went back we saw them breaking into other people's storage sheds and we heard from other people that they're sheds have been broken into several times big mistake picking this location

Chose location nh0017 on cross road to store my camper for a low price and under the assumption it was a secure location. Not even 2 weeks there and my camper had its door ripped out of it and over $6000 in stuff stolen and probably $1500 in damage and lost thousands in work due to the theft. Called customer service and was basically told not the companies problem. Maybe 5 cameras total and trash from homeless in the road and the homeless sleep in cars and units breaking into multible stored units and vehicles/campers. They even tried stripping parts off someones van.

This is my second unit from sparebox storage and I haven't had any problems. Their prices are great for the size and they are clean. Once my payment didn't go through but they saw that I tried to pay and waved the late fees and were very helpful. I recommend them 100% if you ever need a storage.

Easiest storage I've ever used

It was easy to rent a spot to park my RV. And the price was decent. However, both of my catalytic converters were stolen which set me back $2000. I would not recommend any storage unit that does not cover a loss like this. And these guys don't. This was a very expensive lesson for me to learn. Never again!

Just wish I did more research there is another sparebox facility half mile down the road completely fenced in and on the main road with a much safer vibe. My unit is way in back next to the woods it's creepy I was talking to a girl storing across from me and she said she usually won't go there alone.

The facility is great, the only fustrating part is the machine. I tried to set it up for it to take the money directly from my bank account but it was having technical issues and there is no physical people there to assist you. It was also hard to find the storage unit. Mine started with X, but I didn't know where it was because it wasn't overly clear of where that section was unlike P and Q.

Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know it was a kiosk you checked in with. But it was easy to use. I have a smaller unit which are all placed on perimeter so easy to find. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect it to look like a shipping container divided into units. Also donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t forget a lock because if not it is $15 to buy one at the facility.

Got locked in at a certain price and it was $4 more when I checked out not too bad though
