Not to expensive and very clean

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW YOU STILOL OWE ME MONEY,I FIRST WENT WITH A 5X10 BUT I CHANGE TO A 10X10 AFTER I PAID FOR THE 5X10 .SO I PAID 2 TIMES FOR A STORAE UNIT

Just wanted to let you know that you still owe me some money. Because I canceled the 5x10 and decided to get the 10x10 after I paid for the 5x10.

It was quick and easy for a last minute need of extra storage space.

Getting the unit was very easy, and the price was fair, but we rented this unit based on getting the online promotion of half off the first 2 months. Despite the promotion being on my conformation email, they still never gave it to me. So when the customer service agent called to ask me how my move in went, and I asked her about it, she told me only certain units were on special, and mine wasn't. When I told her I had it in my email, and that it was very misleading and basically fraudulent, then to say it was on special, she didn't know what to say, other than, "I'm sorry, have a good day". I then called the local number on my email, and another man told me almost the same thing, and I told him what I told the other lady. He then tried to tell me after it wasn't on special, that it was, but the reason I didn't get the discount, was that I didn't click on the special promotion when I was checking out. There was never anything to click, but what was given to me. I call complete BS on it, but he eventually gave it to me in the form of a credit on my account, but please be careful, and don't ever check out online, unless you are getting what the internet said! Other than that, everything else was fine. Just do your due diligence!

Very safe and clean place the gate is very easy to use

I had limited time to move and SpareBox not only had a space but had a huge discount which helped my situation

Was very fast and easy to get my storage, Was expecting to go and have to fill out a bunch of paper work but it was all done on a touchscreen yourself. Very safe and secured, having the gate closed and needing a password to not only enter but leave as well. & got a great price as I reserved online and got the first 2 months half off!

Had to move our entire house into storage and at the last minute store a vehicle. Both went smoothly and no hassle

So far so good!!! I was very happy to do the whole application while I was there and it was a Sunday!! I got to move right in…..

I was a little surprised when I walked into the “office” only to see a kiosk and a lock dispenser. But the interface was very intuitive and made the process to getting my unit easy.

Got locked out at gate, system problems.

When I went to move in, I found water on the floor of my unit. The next day it was raining and there was even more water on the floor. I had to bring wood blocks over to raise everything off the floor.

Unit was pad locked but able to reach customer Service and they assigned new unit within 5 minutes so very satisfied

Security gate is not working at this site. This goes against your claim that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a secure site! A group of the night lights shut off and then on around every 15 seconds making it difficult after a while. Security here is a big issue, gate needs to be fixed soon or Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll start looking for a secure lockup.
