I had never heard of this company so I sent my sister in law to check it out and take pics. The manager (Brian) came right out to ask what she was doing. This made me feel safe storing my furnishings here. This was my first time using a storage facility and Brian and Joan have been such a big help walking me through the process. Their friendliness and helpfulness made this the easiest part of the moving process. I would highly recommend!!

It took less than 10 minutes for paperwork. Office was very clean. The customer service was great. Took me to unit and had a cart waiting for to to transport the boxes into unit. Used their truck it was a simple process to get it. Would recommend

Staff was extremely nice and friendly. I did find it disturbing to get a call that my unit was broken into or tampered with. The staff gave me a new lock free of charge though.

It was a very good experience going through square-foot.com. I was able to compare all the local places. Also included all the specials that were going on. I chose the mini u storage - got a great deal - as well as 50% off first month and Starbucks card (for booking through square foot ). After booking I immediately received a call from the mini u storage to confirm. Upon my arrival I was met by the wonderful Lisa - and her husband Jim took me over to inspect my unit (drive me in a golf cart ) before purchase. The place is orderly and clean - locking gate - very secure. Jim and Lisa live on site - so even feel more secure. Thank you square foot !

the facility was clean and well kept. I liked that every storage unit was on the 1st floor so there is no stairs. the staff was helpful and friendly to a 1st time storage renter showed the unit and explained how everything worked

I went and inquired an initial time to view the storage areas. Woman who helped me initially was great and provided me with the I info I needed. Went back the second time the man who first assisted was on the rude side. He was making fun of me for not realizing I made multiple reservations. Had his wife finish the process which I was thankful for since she was efficient and helpful.

Two issues - when I booked online I was given cost of $115/mo; however, on move-in day the contract said $135/mo. Sneaky! Second, I used truck and was asked to fill tank upon return; I unloaded with still a full tank but was told I had to fill with gas; it took $.66; waste of time.

The owners were so friendly, helpful, and explained everything to me in great detail!!! They even gave me a bottle of water because it was so hot out!!! I definitely made the right choice!!!

Found this place online and went to check it out. It was priced a bit lower than some others I looked at in the area. I was happily surprised by the staff, when after showing me 2 units ( i needed a larger one than I thought) I was offered an inside unit ( near the door) for much less than I thought I'd spend! I love this self storage facility! Go and check it out! Easy access!

I've been in another storage facility for 12 years which had gotten too costly. I decided to downsize, went on the internet, 'found Mini-U and called.......their rep. Steve was very helpful and when I came in to sign the papers, I met his wife Carolyn who gave me suggestions that saved me time and money!.......The truck that was available was a great size ( 17'), a bargain compared to other rentals I've experienced......'Moved in this weekend and saving a lot of cash and feeling grateful to have found Mini-U........

Found out about miniU from Sparefoot.com. I was afraid that they weren't going to honor the price, but I was wrong! The manager was very helpful and informative. She showed me the unit before I signed any paperwork, and it was extremely clean. I chose miniU of Brick after looking at other facilities. All the others were overpriced, and not too clean. What I also liked was the fact that I could use my own lock (other places required me to use their cheap Chinese lock), the use of the truck, and free shelving in my unit. These great little perks are pretty nice, on top of the helpful staff, and the clean and secure facility. My only complaint is to get in is a little weird if you are coming from the other direction, but I just cut through the old Denny's parking lot!

The folks at this facility made it easy and guided through the check-in. We used the complimentary van and in a couple hours all moved in. Great job by the on site team.
