Great place. When the unit I reserved didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go through Kym was able to find me a bigger unit with better access in no time and made sure I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t loose my reservation and hold onto my unit. And pricing was greatttttt

Found the facility quite clean and very well maintained. The ingress and exit is quite easy via the APP. The staff were quite helpful.

It was a positive experience all around.I would recommend them to anyone in need of storage.The prices were great and the associate was knowledgeable and helpfull.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The grounds and interior of the building are clean. The bathroom could use a little work. A major issue is not enough functional flatbeds/carts available. A very unpleasant man verbally accosted one of the staff because of it. Also, the lock on the building does not work, the magnetic latch on the door does not work. The staff says they are on the schedule to have these issues addressed. Of four climate-controlled floors, mine is humid and clammy where the other three floors are temperate and dry. I am really hoping a mildew problem does not occur.

A fair and honest place to save your belongings no matter the reason. They are helpful thru move in.

I was very happy and pleased with my public storage experience, Bianca from the Brick NJ store was very friendly, kind and understanding and very knownlegable, and was very helpful with my needs she went above and beyond for me on Saturday, and I am very happy that she was able too find me the right size space I needed, and the price was perfect for me!! Great Customer Service! I needed short-term storage RIGHT AWAY, the first location I visited didn't have the size unit I needed but the property manager found one at a location just a few miles away. The property manager at the new location was excellent and helped get me set up and into my unit very quickly. So far I'm very pleased with Public Storage.

i am pleased with the unit i am renting. it is climate controlled and clean. the elevator came in handy. it cost a litttle more to move in than what was stated, but the manager was nice and explained things so i could understand.

I went into his wife's store on Burnt Tavern and receive great service and she was not able to meet my needs but tried to save me money and got me to check this store out. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and friendly and gave me some great information. I am not looking to do anything for a couple weeks but Brian was so helpful. I will definitely be back to this place for a space and some boxes! Thank you Brian and Ashley!

Brian and Matt gave us great customer service. The facility is clean cool and bright. It was our first rental, but they made it very easy and convenient.

The staff is very friendly and extra helpful. They answered all my questions and help me make the best decision which size storage room I needed. Brian is the manager and really takes time to help. I went to the wrong location first on Hooper Ave and Heather there was also helpful and friendly.

Great people and a nice facility... would have given it 5 stars but the lighting in the facility is absolutely horrible! They keep saying the man who is in charge of replacing the lights is coming soon but I'm still waiting. The sign even on the highway is not lit and I have driven by it several times and had to go back. Please do something about it so in my next review I can give you your fifth star!

I HAVE TO TELL YOU I NEVER RENTED A STORAGE SPOT BEFORE , BUT IF YOU DO THE ONE ON ROUTE 70 IN BRICK NEW JERSEY IS THE PLACE !!! GREAT PEOPLE , FREINDLY , TENTITIVE AND OUT RIGHT NICE !!!
