I'm very happy with this storage unit so far.

We found the space to be perfect for our needs. The location and access are convenient. Everyone I spoke with in customer service has been friendly and helpful.

Please read what I wrote above that is my review. I found the place to be clean fairly priced and yes I would recommend it to a friend.

I appreciated that my unit was held for me with no deposit. However, I recieved poor customer service from an employee on move-in day. However, price was reasonable and unit was available so I went ahead started my lease.

I am 68 years old. I had to use the rest room urgently. I was told the desk person did not have the key. I was in desperate pain. Had to find find a place to releave myself elsewhere. Very disappointed with this facility.

Great experience. Great personnel.

The rep at the storage facility couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Best experience ever as far as customer relations. Even under pressure of one of the worst customers I've seen In a long time she was very professional to everyone

Kimberly was excellent and very helpful. I came in almost a quarter to 6P.M. and she was kind enough to stay a little later to get me all set up. Not to mention the unit is a great fit for everything I need.

We just got our storage unit and it is my first time moving. Kimberly was so helpful. Making sure we protected our items. I feel so much more relaxed now. Thank you Kimberly and Public Storage! Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Overall pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the facility. My only issues are concerns with the fact the security cameras don't work and I don't like the location of the gate security keypads (since you have to get out of your car to open the gate). Otherwise, it's a very nice facility and a very friendly staff.
