Public Storage - Brick - 935 Burnt Tavern Road

Wendi was was great to meet and work with to find me a storage unit that would fit my needs and budget. She took the time to explain to me how it all worked which included how to open and lock up the storage unit :)

Wenbi the customer rep. Was very helpful in the paper work and giving her time to show us several units before making our decision.

Very clean and secure but no electricity in the units.

Convenient location Storing an RV in an outdoor space. A little pricey for simply a dirt parking space .

I'm wondering why the larger pods have access only from the inside - it's hard to place large pieces of furniture from the inside.

Didn't have to ask for anything. They saw there was a rust stain and said they cleaned extensively. The seal under the door had a Crack, they had it replaced immediately. There are even antipest things in the units.

Highly recommend this facility. First month pricing is excellent. Staff was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly.

Property Manager was excellent! If it had not been for her I would have went somewhere else. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. She needs to be recognized as a valuable employee! I have referred other to the facility just because of her!!

Great staff very friendly. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it was 2 weeks since I rented the unit and my code still was not put in the system. Thank god I didnt come after hours because I wouldve been a little upset. But it happens.

I should have written this a couple of months ago, but it took a long time to move a business. The day we arrived from Chicago to this Public Storage, I was running close to their closing time. I called ahead and talked to Kelly and let her know I was on my way with a 19' truck. Even though it was close to closing, Kelly assured me she wouldn't leave. I had to unload the truck that night to get it back the next day. She was super wonderful, friendly and professional. I was so grateful she didn't leave. I have used this storage facility before and it is always clean and secure. Highly recommend.

I went to this store recently to get some information on a place to put my stuff. I had no idea what I was doing but feel so much better after speaking with Ashley and getting details on how to pack my stuff. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the business. She did not have what met my needs but was able to get me to another place that met my needs and was within my price range (thank you for trying to save me money! No one does that!) I will not be ready to rent for a few weeks but I will be coming either here or the store on 70 with her husband Brian! Thank you both for all your help! I will be in for those boxes!

The entire facility appeared clean and well-kept, including the 10 x 10 unit I wound up renting for my lighthouse collection! The manager Ashley was so nice, helpful, and friendly. Matty your clerk in the office was just as nice. Public Storage allowed us the use of a cart, and sell many moving supplies. It's just great for what I need. I have used many storage units in the past with the retail company I worked with, and I can say Public Storage is the best.

We have 2 units at the Burnt Tavern Road location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The units are well maintained and clean. The area is secure at alll times.
