Rosa is an excellent manager at this facility. She is professional and friendly. She is out there working hard and making sure we have everything we need. We had met her at the Edison, NJ facility last September and she helped us tremendously. We picked up our storage item and found she was at the Brick Blvd. facility where had stored our motorcycle. It was a pleasure doing business with her!

The property manager Rosa at 96 Brick Blvd, Brick NJ has been more than accommodating. Her expertise and knowledge and warm and welcome onboarding was more than anyone can ask for. I hope she is recognized for her leadership and I feel she runs the property as if he were her own. Teresa

Very easy to rent space on line, lock and keys left in storage unit for easy contactless access to storage unit

I've rented here before and just renting again. The manager Rosa was so warm and friendly and welcoming, it was nice and refreshing especially with everything going on today.

I am very pleased with my recent rental from Public Storage at 96 Brick Blvd, Brick, NJ. The manager, Rosa, was extremely helpful, informative and pleasant. She keeps the facility immaculate and takes pride in her job and enjoys helping people. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Great service

I found it Very easy to get everything taken care of, as far as checking in upon signing up and getting set up for my unit. Only minor thing was, the person that had taken care of setting up my account was, she left out one digit on my account number, unintentionally, she was a little busy when signing up my account, but, we got it all corrected two days later when we went down to set it up for an online payment service. Love the Easy access as far as getting anytime during business hours, it's Great, No problems. Also, if there were, there's Always someone right there, in the office, for help.

Very convenient

Met with Heather today. Needed to get larger unit. She was so courteous and professional. She helped me with my decision about the rental, even going so far as to recommend a product that helps keep humidity levels down (I do have fabrics/clothing in storage). She explained everything in detail and I had no questions. She is knowledgeable. Public Storage company has a top-notch employee in Heather!!!

I never am one to write reviews but today at this Brick location I had such a wonderful expirence I had to share! I went in looking for affordable storage but not only did I find that the customer service was FABULOUS!! Seriously one of a kind people, the manager maddy on duty walked me to my storage unit making me comfortable about where my thing were and didn't make my expirence awkward. Such friendly faces I look forward to giving them my business.

The rental process is very easy and straight forward with this company. All rentals are at street level which makes pick up and delivery easy.

Everything was fine until I found out that it would cost $738.00 to move the container 72 miles from North Jersey to Brick, New Jersey. Renting a U-Haul for the day would have only cost $188.00. You decide for yourself. Good luck!
