So far so good. Checking in and moving in stuff was easy. Lets see long term. Bryan who had just started there went out of his way to help.

Nice location. The facility is very well lite and clean. The storage units have nice lights inside. Employees very friendly. I am happy with everything.

While I am happy with my storage and the location. I m not happy with the way they keep raising the rent so often.

This is my first time renting a storage unit. I did a lot of price comparisons in the area and this facility had the best deals. The property manager Erin is really awesome. She made sure I understood all of the details about renting the unit and has a great sense of humor that makes you feel very welcomed to be there. Off to a good start. I would already recommend this facility to others.

The location in Burlington is awesome. Mix of both industrial and residential but quiet. The staff are extraordinary. Shout out to Erin (Property Manager) for answering all my questions and concerns. Gave me a step by step on the process to rent for storage. The location is clean, gated, 24 hour surveillance and well lit up around the property. Will definitely recommend friends and family to this location. Keep up the good work.

I originally reserved a unit at a facility in Marlton but realized it wouldn't be the best location. When I spoke to the woman there and told her where I needed the storage unit to be, she searched to find one half way between my 2 daughters. She was very friendly and helpful. When I got to the new location, Erin was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful, and professional. She showed me several sizes to help me decide which would be best. I was very pleased with the assistance I was given at both locations.

Found unit online at a HUGE discount; $50 less than comparable units in the area. Got the unit the same day! AND THE 1ST MONTH WAS FREE! Staff was super friendly and thorough. Unit is clean, dry and light automatically illuminates the unit upon opening the door. Thank goodness I found them. Not all Public Storage units in the area are the same price; I think it depends on location.

My experience with Public Storage was like an exciting adventure! The location was convenient, The one I visited, you could see from the highway, it was well kept, the environment was warm, clean, I felt safe, and knew that my property would be safe. The property manager was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, most importantly, was not pushy, enjoyed my experience!

I'm a little confused on why I received another survey, after I've already completed one. So, I'll make this one short... I give Public Storage 5 stars based on Erin, the manager. She's so delightful, purposeful, and helpful. She's a delight to work with and truly looks out for the customer's concerns and budget. In terms of facility, the location and grounds are very well kept. I will say that while I was in the office the alarm sounded numerous times, which was a bit annoying as a customer... I can only imagine how Erin feels listening to that alarm sounding off every-so often... Thanks...

I love the inside unit. It is clean, spacious, convenient and has easy access. The unit also is very secure which is very important to me.

Super staff! Tom, Erin, and Kris are always so pleasant and helpful. Helped me to pick out the best size storage unit to meet my needs. Great on giving packing and storing advice. The facility is very clean, neat, and safe.

The only word that can describe this location is "professionalism". Erin, was outstanding in making the process of obtaining the unit easy. In this day and age it is difficult to find a place, let alone and individual that takes pride in their work. You can certainly find that here. The unit(s) and grounds are clean, there were always carts available and you certainly felt welcomed with V.I.P service. When in doubt be sure to ask for Erin, you will not be disappointed.

The facility was super clean and has multiple security points. I felt that my property was safer there than in my own basement. The staff was friendly and responsive. This was much an enjoyable experience that I was a bit sad on move day. Sounds crazy but its true.
