I went to this storage company because it was convenient, mainly and because my old storage company was bought out and no one is in the office. I found Mini U incredible! Other than being crashed into a cement pole in reverse on the golf cart as I was being taken out to check unit size, everything was good. My neck is not doing well so that was not a great experience. Also did not receive the Starbucks card as referred to on my confirmation. Haven't been back there since Saturday when I moved my belongings in but the place looks clean and well taken care of.

I was not looking forward to having to rent storage space, but my experience with securing a unit at Mini U Storage made me grateful! The location is convenient and the site super clean and safe, but the best part of the experience so far is the service! I came on a Tuesday and there was a very nice woman by the name of Yulia, who was very patient and went out of her way to help me. We inspected the storage unit, which was VERY clean. She was friendly and went out of her way to accommodate me. The last paperwork took about 15 mins and we were done! I also took advantage of the free truck rental just pay for the insurance and the gas, which is cheaper than a rental. The rates are great and would recommend this facility to anyone!

Owners were great and made sure we had everything we needed to move into our unit. 10 x 15 unit was a perfect size for my one-bedroom apartment. And the fact that I got to use their truck instead of renting a U-Haul and spending extra money was a huge help for me and my family.

I have used Mini U Storage for my storage needs in the past. Moving from a 4 bedroom house into a 2 bedroom apartment was rough, but having my belongings in a clean and safe environment made my move go smoothly. It wasn't made clear that the truck rental would not be handled by Sparefoot, and that we had to call Mini U to rent that. Thankfully, the 1 truck they have wasn't already rented. This storage unit is just right for the overflow from my small office. 5X5 will fit plenty of old files, unused furniture, and overstocked merchandise purchased on sale! The facility is safe with a gate that has keyless entry, and it is located on a major highway (Route 73) in Berlin, NJ which makes the units accessible as well as visible to passersby. The security is important for women.

I found this deal on Sparefoot for a storage unit at Mini-U-Storage in Berlin, and it is a great deal. The unit is better than other places as well. I actually left another place for this one. The other place wasn't the full size it claimed to be, and was more expensive. This one is sized as advertised, and I received great service from the staff. I've stored at 3 other place previously, and I'm very happy here, especially with the price. I plan to stay.
