moved some things into a unit today after shopping some promos. easy move in process, Gloria explained everything clearly. bring your own lock or buy one there & you need a code to get in/out of the facility which feels secure.

I have the unit there for a few years now. I had one at a different places before, but this is an outstanding one!- very clean, great service , Gloria is going out of her way to help,listen to your needs and your situation . She truly cares about the place and costumers! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m seeing her walking/ driving around cleaning the property. She takes the time to send a friendly reminder about the upcoming payment . This lady is a truly the hardest working person I know, with the biggest , understanding , welcoming heart!

Gloria and Keith are absolutely the best storage agents I have encountered. Moving many times in the nj area I have found no agents as friendly, professional and who really care about their customers. These two consistently give the highest customer service at all times no matter the time of year. They are the best of the best and treat the customer like family. I am very grateful to have met them and receive their excellent service for at least 5 years.

The property is well maintained and monitored by a very friendly and helpful managers. Move-in was very easy and my visits to the unit are stress free. I chose this unit for the excellent price for this area and have not regretted that decision.

I had interactions with each of them during various times and each of them were patient with me and tended to my every question. The facility is always clean and I always see a staff presence whenever I go to my unit (which addresses my concern for safety of myself and my belongings). I would recommend Mini U Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit in this area.

It was a difficult decision deciding where my belongings would go. Gloria def helped this decision I made feel like the right one.She has gone above and beyond her responsibilities. We have felt welcome and secure. Your company is very lucky to have an employee like this and should do everything you can to keep her ( and be lucky to find more dedicated employees like this). My move was painless. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Basic storage facility. Helpful staff. Only con: its only accessible from the southbound side of route 73 and its entrance is just past where the road widens to 3 lanes so you have to get to the right lane quickly.

I first want to say the a Google search didn't present me to your website. I initially reserved another competitor because the search results brought me to them. I was not happy with their service and I decided to use another search engine. I used Yahoo and found many more choices closer to my home location. I think if you want more business you should get on the first two pages of Google.

The manager was so nice and they made my experience an easy and pleasant one. Maple Shade Minu U Storage is the best. The only thing was I thought they were a little more expensive than some of the others. All in all I thought they were great and I'd recommend them!!!!

Arriving at Mini U I was pleasantly greeted with a friendly staff that quickly took care of my storage needs. The manager helped me to find the unit right for me without pressuring me to get something I did not need. Even after renting the unit the staff quickly helped me with any issues that arose.
