Prime Storage - Lindenwold - Egg Harbor Road

Rats and Mice left dropping all over my belongings. Made nests out of my mattress stuffings. My kids christening outfits are ruined! Wedding gown trashed! My stuff had more pollen all over it. Went to my unit one Saturday afternoon to find a guy on a make shift bed in front of his unit sleeping! In pj’s bottoms no shirt on with his blanket and pillows sleeping! I have pictures to prove it all

I never have any problems with this place. The place is always clean. The people at the desk are always nice and helpful.

I found this storage site very clean, affordable, and easy to find. The front desk Lady was very friendly and very helpful she was very experienced in her work and knew exactly what she was doing !! I would for sure recommend this storage unit to any friends and family who are interested in using a storage unit

I never have to worry about my storage units. The office is always alert & follows their rules. Grounds are kept clean.

Awesome place! Customer service was very friendly and helpful with determining what storage space was better for me. The area is very clean and spacious. I was very happy knowing that there is no contract and I can cancel at anytime hassle free. I will definitely recommend Prime Storage to friends and family.

I understand the need for raising rents as everything is sky-rocketing; however, jacking rent up nearly $25 is ridiculous. As soon as summer hits, I will be shopping around for a cheaper location. As for the unit and premises, they are incredibly clean, and I always feel safe while there. Those factors are the SOLE reason I have yet to immediately remove everything from my unit and cancel.

I had a great experience with the storage facility and the employees

The inital experiance was good. However the night time rep on 6/15/18 is hartless. He completely screwed me. I needed late access because I am working durring the day and trying to move my entire house from 5 onwards. He refussed to grant me access even though the lady at the front desk told me if it was an emergency they could get me a tempory code. I might miss work because of this clown. Absolutly a terrible experience. I even offered to pay the 15 $ for the late accrss and he still would not grant it.
