Public Storage - Berlin - 55 Harker Ave

From inquiry to signing up with Public Storage...it was a breeze. They are professional, clean and very affordable. Would recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

The lobby was clean and following the new social distance guidelines. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Overall I am satisfied with my experience at Public Storage.

Customer was very nice and helpful. They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell you about requiring insurance until you are signing contract. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not a choice and it adds on 15.00 a month.

I like the fact the interior halls and units are very clean and well maintained.

I used Public Storage long term before, the rate kept going up, so I left. Short term this time might be better deal for me. I had no other complaints, everything else was great.

My whole experience from my initial phone call to moving my belongings in to my storage unit was amazing! Everyone was kind respectful knowledgeable and professional, I felt no pressure and everyone was extremely pleasant, how could I not do business with you. I was able to get a storage unit quickly after I made the reservation. The size of the storage unit was what I needed. Service was excellent (Rob was his name) & fast. He explained everything very well.

While your prices are a little on the high side & your first month for $1 is deceiving, the manager at your Berlin, NJ office is amazing. Plus your month to month lease is convenient.

Wonderful first experience here! Easy to access, secure, well lit, clean and conveniently located facility. Very helpful, personable and friendly staff. They were able to answer any and all questions, and made the registration process smooth and easy... all while making me feel welcome and having some fun at the same time. Also, best prices compared to the other facilities in the area for comparable units!

Very clear communication and understanding of your purchase of storage.

I am very satisfied with my experience to date with Public Storage of Berlin. Facility is clean and easy to move in to. Staff were very helpful. Only thing I could see being improved was it was snowy on the day I was moving in. It would have been nice if there were some shovels or salt available as we were really slipping coming off the truck to the doors.

In middle of crisis they made it easy.... elevators made it a pain but its better than stairs!

From the beginning everyone is very nice and helpful! Made life easy and will definitely recommend this company to people! Thank You!
