My last experience at a different storage unit made me feel very uncomfortable going into a building and down a long corridor to access my unit. Love the fact that I can access my unit without going into a building. I'm truly happy about that because I can drive up, enter my code and go to my unit. Happy - Happy - Joy - Joy!!

Great service, fair prices. Very convenient and ease to access.

Overall the storage units are a little grundgey but the price is right and the employees are courteous and helpful.

Being a 75 yr old woman who has never rented a storage unit, I can tell you I could not be more pleased and impressed with your very competent employee, Sharron. She is knowledgeable, considerate a very pleasent. You are fortunate to have her. She gave me a unit up front. It was vlean and very easy to access. Sine I use a cane, its impotant that I do not have to walk too far. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction, thanks to Sharron!!

The unit I rented could have been swept out, before I started moving in. Otherwise, everything is fine. A very slight leak in the roof showed up after a hard rain. I reported it and it is being taken care of

I stopped into the office and was looking for some information on protecting my stuff when I move. Shawna the Property Manager was VERY helpful and knew her stuff about the products. I honestly didn't know much about storing our stuff and wasn't sure what I was looking for, but Shawna was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for my family. This property is also very clean and convenient to get to.

I was surprised at check in with the mandatory requirement to purchase insurance, there was no mention when I made my reservations on the internet, I probably would have shopped around. The storage facility is in a good location, well maintained and is clean and well lite. I rented a 5' x 10' unit which is in a great location, but every time I go into the unit I have to clean up the pieces of insulation that keeps falling from ceiling.
