I initially reserved the 5x10 online. When I completed the paperwork with Donna she let me know that I could upgrade to a larger unit if it was too small. My wife and I decided to go with the 8x10 after looking at the unit. We were able to get the larger unit at a discount also. Great customer service by Donna.

I came into this location a couple days ago to buy some boxes for my move, and the young woman named nikki was SO helpful and informative. I ended up leaving with things I didn't even know I needed!!! definately will recommend this location to family and friends.

Jennifer at the Marlton location did an excellent job of offering extended services and products without seeming pushy as well as making my transaction go as smooth and quickly as possible.
