Public Storage - Maple Shade - 593 Route 38 West

Called the storage unit and was greeted by Gloria, she was extremely friendly and was able to help me with all my storage needs and even was able to use the truck to bring over my things. The office was clean the truck ran great and the unit was clean and very spacious. Definitely will go there again for all my storage needs.

It started good, but once the contract was made, the interaction with the manager was not as pleasant.

Nicole goes above and beyond. The property is always clean and the office returns phone calls in a timely matter. Have stored here multiple times in the past but Nicole is my favorite office personnel so far. Maple shade/Moorestown public storage is my go to.

Nicole was awesome through my whole stay here. She always called to remind me my bill was due so I was never late. She is always happy and eager to help. Will most definitely be back because of Nicole.

when i need to store something i always go to public storage.

The only issue I have is that the facility is not 24hours. However everything else is efficient.

I don't know the first thing about storage or how it works for my needs, so I've been going to different locations doing my homework. This was my first experience with Public Storage and I must say I am very impressed. I was greeted by Iris the moment I walked in, I explained my situation and what I was trying to accomplish and without hesitation Iris began to explain the many unit options and promotions currently going on. She took the time to physically show me each unit and explain the size difference based on what I plan to store. I think I've made my decision and thanks to Iris I will be back to public storage for sure. Thank you Iris for all of your help.

I was very nervous about putting my belongings in a public storage container. After speaking with Paul, he made me feel very comfortable about my belongings being safe. The storage container clean and very easily accessible. Paul explained everything, and I was very pleased, knowing exactly what I needed to do.
