Good people, safe place

The woman who checked me in was very nice, friendly and helpful. However, your billing structure sucks. You should not go paperless. You should allow for checks to be mailed to you. Not everyone is on-board with sending money via the Internet. I strongly suggest you change that payment policy. My unit is lovely.

Would have gave it 5 stars but it was too easy to drive in and out without using security code

The staff were very friendly and knowledable in recommending the storage and advicing about what you can buy to ease off your packing needs. based in their recommendations i bought mattress and boxspring covers plus covets for my sofa and chair . the box for my 55 inch tv was excellent as well ad the box fir my hanging pictures. One recommendation is to add to the price is the mandatory insurance.

Jenn was amazing, made the whole experience easy and painless. Showed us several spots to choose from and gave us solid info. One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had!

The renting procedure is simple enough. Both the manager and assistant manager are friendly and personable. The facility is well laid out and there was enough room for my movers truck. I have no hesitation to recommend.

About two years ago my parents closed a storage space they had because they were downsizing from a 3 bedroom home into smaller 55 community home. I came across the storage rental packet in their files and wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the people at Public Storage Marlton. Every time my parents went to storage my mom would always come back with a happy or funny story. Like how the employee held the elevator door for a long time even though my dad is a very, very slow walker and an alarm started. Or how they spilled a box of ribbons because she couldn't drive a pushcart and ran into a wall. My mom passed away last month and I really miss her happy storage "adventure" stories. Thank you again for the good memories.

I rented a storage unit at the Marlton Public Storage and received excellent customer service both on the phone and when we arrived. The ladies behind the counter were very helpfull answering any questions during the transaction. My experience has been good so far and I'll recommend to friends if they need it.

They are very friendly and great. The atmosphere is wonderful it's clean and its in a great location. The manager she was very knowledgeable very explanatory very friendly and straight to the point I highly recommend this public storage to anybody very nice people

It's a clean facility and the manager was amazingly courteous. The only thing that bothered me was the advertised sale. It seemed like the usual price of $90 was offered at half price, so $45. Sounds like a great deal! However, there is an initiation fee, you have to pay taxes on your space, and if you don't have a lock they sell you one that is obnoxiously expensive. The total price for my rental space ended up right around $90. Not so much of a discount... But I understand that without the discount it would have ended up costing almost $150, so I am still grateful for the sale. Still expensive though!

I will always use Public Storage as a resource moreover suggest that others experience the quality of work as well as partnership between the employees at Public Storage and the security of your property that you can't help but feel.

This was our first time using storage as we are moving from out of state. And Cindy was extremely from at the Berlin location. And after a fiasco with our movers Jenn at the mtr Laurel location was helpful as well.

I was happy with the storage unit and the customer service although the hidden fees for insurance and not being about to have my own insurance or by pass the insurance is not good business Updated: customer service called me to offer me the process on how to refuse the coverage. Impressive response time to rectifying an issue that wasn't brought to there attention. i

Wish i was informed that when i purchased my outside unit that i had to shovel the snow that there plow truck pushed up against my unit if i knew i was responsible to do that i might have gotten an inside clement control unit i needed to get in my storage and it was snowed shut I'm not able to shovel snow due to medical problems I'm a Lil upset that its my responsibility especially after paying so much for so Lil.
