The entire facility needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The buildings interiors are horrible and smell musty and like mold.

Billy was extremely helpful over the phone and set up an appointment for me for the following morning. Iris was prepared for my appointment and helped me through the rental process without missing a beat. She helped me learn the "ropes" with the lock setup and completed my registration flawlessly!

I set up my storage unit a few weeks ago and it's been working out good for me, I recommend reserving online first to secure a better rate. Note that tax and insurance will be added to the total cost. The property manager Billy was great! He made my setup smooth and easy, he was very informative and gave me plenty of advice to make sure I don't have any issues with the storage of my belongings. So far it's satisfying my needs very well.

Excellent manager regarding the intake and overview of the facilities. The facilities show their age and lack up to date security such as: climate control, cameras, better interior lighting, and perimeter fence gates and survalance

The process for the initial rental was well organized and very informative. The walk through and denotation of any situations with the space was acknowledge. Look forward to a long term storage rental here.

Gates are never locked Very poor lighting Don't bother going at or near dusk, you will not be able to see inside your unit

I like Public Storage. The cleanliness, security, and convenient location are all plusses. I just think $80 dollars a month is a bit much for the smallest unit.
