Close to home ,clean, and friendly staff.

My experience was okay. I was little disappointed in how storage insurance was handled. I was told that it was mandatory in order to rent a unit. Only to discover in reading the contract it was not. I understood the associates position that as a policy public storage recommendes insurance but it was not required for rental. I think that could be misleading to some people and can appear predatory. Lastly, just as important in my opinion there were no carts to use for the inside unit. I would have gladly rented a cart to save the time of carrying everything into my unit.

Conveniently located close to Rt. 55. Extensive hours of management on-site. Helpful and knowledgeable personnel.

I want to thAnk Michelle for her help through the moving process. Compared to the other storage I used this was the smoothest transaction. I knew where I had to go and how to get out... needless to say the other place I used failed to show me MySpace and give me an exit code so I was locked in storage for over an hour and cod not reach help... thank you Michelle!

Very convenient and affordable. The staff is really nice, and accommodating. I had a storage locker for my college stuff. It was a good amount of space for the right price.

I recently closed my storage unit out due to moving. Michele was there to assist with any questions or needs I had during the move and while my wife and I had the storage unit. Would definitely recommend this location to others and if I had the need i would come back to this location.

I have been a client at this location since 2006. The people are what makes any company good, and with Michelle as my primary contact with this Public Storage location, my experience has been very,very good. This location as well as the district manager are keenly sensitive to customer service and customer satisfaction is highly regarded. Michele is considerate and understands that ones schedule may cause them to forget a payment is due, and will go the extra step to place a call as a reminder to avoid the late fee. I cannot speak for any other location, but as I stated, it is the people who make a company good, and if other Public Storage locations have someone like a Michele in place, then I am sure their clients are as pleased as we have been.

First there was the young lady Michelle! Very informative and polite, giving me the options that one should have when renting a storage space. Then there was the easy access to the storage room. I like the security of the space as well!
