Great place , nice and clean, Just what I was looking for.

I had a Great experience with Nicole & Maria!!! Both consistent, friendly, helpful and thorough. They explained and walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to everyone I know who needs storage.

While the customer service was very helpful and informative and pleasant. The light fixture in our storage unit is completely broken and is in need of complete replacement. The manager said she was aware of this since the last renter but did not have it fixed prior to renting the space out again. That is not good business. Now that We put merchandise into the unit we are uncomfortable turning the keys over to a random person to fix or replace the light fixture. So we are kind of stuck in the dark!

Great location, friendly staff, competitive pricing

For the most part everything went well but the lack of hallway lighting by my unit should not have been an issue. I raised this with the person who checked me in and they had no time frame to provide on when this might be addressed. I have needed to take a flashlight with me to move items into my unit.

Reserving a space online was quick and easy, and when I got to the site, the employee was very helpful. I was able to complete the process quickly and start using the space.
