Last minute storage need - Was able to confirm availability and reserve online. Received a confirmation call the next day and went over all necessary details.

The service was excellent. People contacted me right away, explained everything including any obligations required in the rental agreement. And a great security system. What I didn't like was the ground level parking lot to the storage facility was not level. I was hauling heavy tool boxes in a pick up which made me worry the truck might tip over [ it didn't ] Also, the lighting is not sufficient at night. There is no lighting at all inside my storage unit. And the lighting outside in the parking lot is quite dim.

If they do not have anyone in the office and you are trying to do a virtual move-in, it gets a bit tricky. Had to do 6-7 phone calls to sort it all out. Prime Storageﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s call center people are super helpful though.

This storage facility is rather secluded, I would recommend larger flashier road sign(s) as I drove past the facility- several times. And I used my GPS. Everything is good! Nice fenced area, clean, dumpster is available and transaction was easily accomplished. Customer Service front desk was wonderful!
