I originally needed the storage unit and after searching every single storage unit nearby for the best price this was the best location I was able to get a 5x5 for $21. The same size room was 40 50 60 all the way up to $140 plus at other locations Manager was great and made everything simple and quick recommend

I reserved a unit online and when I arrived the customer sales rep was very helpful. Paperwork was fast and easy. Took about 20 minutes total.

I search for a storage nearby by my home to remove items that I plan to take to my new home. The online process was very simple however it does not allow you to input your homeowners insurance. You have to go into the office with insurance declaration to show proof. The unit is clean and handed trucks are available for loading. That was great! The price was reasonable at 50% the original price. So far so good..itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s only been a week.

Since I was from out of town I had no idea of what the storage unit would look like, however, it was extremely Clean and the young ladies were very professional. I would have like a heads up on all the fees and the lock. ( I had purchased a lock from Walmart) so I had no true knowledge of the cost the unit would cost me monthly. I think you should be upfront about the insurance the cost of the lock and the one time administration fee of $25. I felt I shouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve known about the extras at the beginning being I am a senior citizen on a very limited income! Twenty five dollars for a lock I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use anymore anywhere else felt like I was throwing money away! I was most upset about the lock! Would I recommend you to my friends and/or relatives, yes but I would tell them upfront about the true cost, the hidden fees and they can make an honest decision with an honest upfront truth based on full complete information!

Great contactless service! Smooth entry into building and everything was set

The truck cannot reach the elevator. You need to park on the side and then load on the trolley. The elevators could be made larger plus having only 1 elevator delays the loading process a bit. Overall it is good for one BDR storage solution.

Nice extremely clean facility and friendly staff.

The customer service via phone was good and the property looks pretty clean and the carts are usually available with little wait time. The corridors' motion sensor lights are helpful. The storage units rates are a little pricey. The first month's free rent is helpful even though you end up paying the first month because you get hit with all the fees. The upgrade from the 8x10 to 10x10 unit made up for that though. The access and office hours are decent. Security Concerns: there is unsecured access through the OPEN Exit gate as it is always open, allowing anyone access to walk and drive in the property and making the entrance gate useless. The elevators are a tight fit for even two slim/small carts. There was a roach crawling down the 2nd Fl corridor . There are no power outlets accessible anywhere to help the customer. You have to get out of your car to reach the entry gate keypad and enter the gate code instead of being able to roll down your car window and just punch in the code and drive through. The idea is to punch in your code from the safety of your vehicle and enter the facility, especially at night. I suppose we could have just entered/driven through exit gate instead of dealing with inconvenience of getting out of our car to punch in the code at the entrance gate. Lol. Overall, So far, so good.
