I had one prior interaction with a storage facility, and it was not positive. By contrast, Life Storage has its processes down well, and they were most efficient in allowing me to reserve a unit online, and then fill out the paperwork promptly on site. I have routinely good experiences when I visit to add more to the unit or to organize what I have there. Thanks for a good, clean facility!
