Public Storage - Matawan - 360 Highway 34

I am in the MATAWAN building on Highway 34. The Young gentleman who helped me was very very professional and this job very well.

Was not offered unit as discussed with online cust service rep

Move-in was smooth and easy. People are very knowledgeable and nice.

Everything was super easy and clean! Very satisfied

I think the climate control should be a bit warmer then it has been in the winter months , I was just there on the 1/5/20 at 6 oclock pm and it was freezing in there , and if I am being charged a bit more for inside storage I think you could turn the heat up a little more,

Our experience with the staff was great. He was well informed, communicated clearly, and was very pleasant. My only "issue" is that there were no more 5 x 5 climate controlled units. So, we went with the regular one. Other than that, prices were better than competitors, so we are satisfied

Mike at the office gave excellent customer service. But the internet service was a big problem for him to process my lease. I showed up to lease storage at 9:30am but the internet was not working. Therefore I had to come back and finish the transaction at 4:30pm. That's when Mike called and said the internet is back up. I fell the company need better internet service.

Nikki is always so pleasant when I come in to make payments she is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions. I would recommend this place to everyone I know

exit gate takes to long to close and people driving in thru the exit gate with out checking in..

Mike did a great job showing me around and helping me with paper work

Nikki was our first encounter there and she was excellent. We did go to check out other units and convenience and price we're comparable, but it was because of Nikki that we choose public storage. When I did return to put some stuff in my unit later that evening, there were no available dollies to use. I did go in to check and they told me where else to find one. There still were none available. It took awhile to get one, and it was Nikki that was helpful to locate it.

welcome experience could not be better

I was in desperate need of a storage unit at 4pm on a Sunday, and Justin saved the day and helped me move in to a storage unit quick and easily at he was getting ready to close for the day. The Customer Service was excellent!

The storage facility was second to none in service and pricing.

I reserved my unit online and was called within 10 minutes to confirm the date I would pick up the unit. They were friendly and helpful and willing to help with any problems.
