Good place and security for my staff

I have went to two sites one in Morganville, NJ and met Ms. Melissa who was extremely helpful. She explained everything I needed to do, wrote down everything so i can remember and then guided me with what I needed to buy to secure my items while I was moving. She truly made this process much easier. I later booked in a different site location due to availability and spoke to Ms. Courtney in North Brunwsick who was extremely supportive and kind. She walked me through everything and truly offered me the support and kind words that I need to hear after my apartment was flooded. The staff is truly wonderful and the facility is clean and secure.

Walked into public storage in need of a unit. Nita and Andre great people. Great personality I didn't understand how they have to share one computer while there where 4 people in the office and 2 associates. We had to wait while they processed out another customer 20-30 min Not good get them another computer but thanks guys highly recommended

Andre was the manager on duty when I went to assess a storage unit on Veronica Avenue, his facility was impeccable, clean and orderly. Every unit he showed me was clean and up to par for presentation, he was professional and concise as well as very competent in his disclosures of terms and conditions.

I have been a public storage customer since 2012 and I really admire their competitive prices and promotions. Expecially the dollar specials. Also, Toshaa the property manager is a great person who knows what she is doing. She explained all the terms clearly to me and always wears a smiley face. Thanks to public storage for providing my storage needs.
