It is an affordable storage unit in Metuchen compared to other storage companies. It offers different sizes and condition (climate control, outside access, sizes, etc). Despite recent COVID-19 circumstances, I was able to move in the day I signed up for the unit. I did not see a staff on site at all, but A.J. prepared the paperwork promptly without any difficulties.

This was the cheapest storage facility in the area and I don't see any reason not to go with them. The person working the office was friendly and answered any questions I had.

I was in a very stressful situation with the house sold and needed to quickly get a smaller unit for extra stuff at the last moment. AJ was extremely helpful, found a perfect size unit, great price and even kindly offered to stay a few minutes later if necessary if the movers couldn't make it ontime as I was still trying to coordinate them. Brett helped me the next day and all went well with movers. I was very appreciative to AJ and Brett as they were easily and professionally able to help me when I was dealing with a million things. It was a great relief to get this all done in a timely fashion. Thank you!

It is in safe and respectable neighbourhood Close to local restaurants and grocery including Whole Foods and drive of not more than 10 minutes drive and 2 traffic lights Post Office, Main Street Metuchen - Business District, Sports Complex, Town Hall, Golf Course are in a 10 minute drive radius Train Station to New York and Trentilon is 15 minute drive depending upon traffic and about $10 pick up local cab company - one way

I liked the facility.... It works best.. Has an elevator access to most of the storage units others have street access There are trolleys that helps you carry your stuff so never an ease away But would have loved access to after office hours restrooms and drinking water and if possible wifi in facility There are electric plug points for easy charge within the facility Restroom, drinking water lolipops, confort seating, packing material and locks, and references for movers and packers in the office that is open from 9 a.m to 4:59 p.m EST in Metuchen Staff at Receiption was respectable on the first day.... and in every interaction... Do not wish to compare my experince with another storahe facility's staff .... but the staff here can be added to the respectable towards customer category... Wont say it for all customer service agents I have ever met elsewhere in different parts of life .... Prices are competive in the neighbourhood and the accesa to the neighbourhood is safe location Little away from train station or public transport a 6 to 15 minute walk... 18 -21 minute to nearest post office The road ends in a cul-de-sac and there is only one exit to the town .... Library, Police Station, Fire Station is 26 minutes walk

Very nice at the front desk with clean units overall. Very happy with this location.
