It was a pretty streamlined process. I did have a minor hiccup where my unit would not open, but I just picked a new unit otherwise all good and the representative that I dealt with Brittany was very kind.

This is a weird little facility, and you can never reach anybody who actually works there. The customer service is terrible, but it was easy in and easy out. They also donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell you that you need a lock for the unit and although you can buy one there thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nobody in the office. Bring a lock with you.

It is the cheapest in the area however storage prices have tripled since Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been renting in the last 13 plus years. That fact Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not happy about that every year Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying more for the same service.
