Everyone involved with helping reserve storage space was kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the kind of storage I needed. And the price was just right!

After being shown 2 different sized storage areas and having over a week to decide, I selected the unit I needed. The introductory price, the cleanliness of the facility and the help of the customer service people were big factors in my decision. The only problems I had were in providing a valid I.D.. ( I was told my New Jersey State issued non-drivers photo Identification wasn't acceptable.) And cash wasn't acceptable as payment. In spite of these things, I would still recommend this Cube Smart location.

Extremely friendly and helpful manager. No climate control, old slow lift. They will charge you for a lock and insurance Without asking. Bring your own lock and renters insurance info and tell them beforehand not to charge you.

I reserved the unit on-line. They followed up with a phone call to explain their procedures. Very polite. Upfront with letting you know about all details of the unit before showing you.

Great experience so far with everything

On top of that, I had a month-to-month term which is better than my expection. The manager was simple awesome. He guieded me to take a tour before doing my paperwork. It took less than two or three minuites until I was all set to go. The property was quite well secured. The only matter would be it is closed on Sundays but other holidays are open. I feel really lucky that I found the unit I was looking for during my adventure out of State.

Excellent customer service, both before arriving via phone as well as at check-in. Unit was somewhat dirty on the floor, but I was given an excellent 1/2 of first month deal at the last minute. Overall, facility feels very clean and safe.

The manager John was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Very patient and kind and knew a lot about the facility. I will definitely recommend this place for storage the price is reasonable, very clean and safe.

I had a short term need and went on-line to find a good price for a facility close by. Cubesmart had the space I needed right away and the discount for the on-line sign up was attractive. The registration was very positive and quick. The only thing I wished I had know prior to arriving was that I needed to bring the declaration page from my homeowners insurance. I had to pay $12 because I didn't have the document with me. When I bring in the document I won't get charged for next month but nothing I can do about the current month's charge. Oh well.

I came in to get storage and the first thing I noticed was the outstanding customer service that I observed with a manager and another customer and then with me. John was very professional and very sincere and made you feel as if you were joining a team as opposed to just being another customer. He was patient and thorough in explaining things and went out of his way to make certain that I left satisfied...which I was! There are many options for selecting storage in the area and you can do a lot worse than coming here...and, most importantly, the prices are extremely competitive!
