The on-line reservation was very easy and helpful and I got a phone call shortly after completing the on-line information (a person from the facility) for confirmation; thought that was nice. The communication (with email) was super and the office team was nice and thorough in explaining everything I needed. They took the time to help with the 'how-to' for using the elevator, the entry gate and the garage bay doors illustrating that they want the customer to be self sufficient and knowledgeable. Great customer service work! Would (will) refer to others

This facility is secured and clean. The customer service was perfect. I would use them again, but i did think the pricing was rather high but overall a nice facility

So far so good the only thing is only one elevator and when i went the last time to put a couple of item in storage i have to walk to the 3rd floor in order to grab the elevator down

Most amazing help I have got from ant other place. Very caring and professional. Did all they could to give me the price I was promised. Also big help with temporary storage space since I could not use the elevator.

I arrived to walk in, reference my reservation. Firstly the showed me to my locker as to establish if it was adequate, as well as the protocols for getting in easily and retrieving or putting in items to the locker. Following this we completed the paper work and i purchased a lock which was sold on location at a perfectly adequate price (they were very safe locks as well). I was given a code to get into the facility and used it to move in my items. Very efficent and quick.
