The staff helped with all of my needs. Great team!

Compared to other storage buildings the temperature is too low to be considered climate control. The rolling cart in my side of the unit is very noisy. The customer representative was a little rude, told me to move my pocket book so he can place his tablet on it instead of asking if I can kindly move it. Was knocking on the door after hours to get his attention for questions on whatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the best entrance close to my unit and looked at us and ignored us. The moving truck they had was broken and not usable. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s false advertising, because thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s what attracted me to the storage company too. I found cheaper rates for my size but considering I had a move that was scheduled I signed the agreement.

What can I say, Covid times but was glad they had some hand sanitizers near the elevator available for us. Thank you, was happy about that.

Only problem I have is that the restroom facilities are only open when the office is open..

Great experience, i had to get a storage by the next day, i called the customer service at 11pm and was scheduled to move in at 10am next morning :)) registration was smooth and quick!! Very very satisfied customer, will def recommend

Satisfied with the unit. it was quick and easy set up. The storage insurance was slightly expensive than what you get online. other than that I am quite satisfied with Cubesmart. Also just wish the access hours would be till 12am instead of 10pm.

Fast effiecient professional

Great experience! I wish we had a key to the bathroom during off site hours, also the ground where the automatic door is, it is not smooth and it is hard to push the carts through the door way and things fall off the cart, if it was paved over it was make it so much easier! Other than that it was great.

Good experience. Didn't know they had a moving truck that you could use for free. Wish that was clear, would have saved us some money.
