Public Storage - Howell - 1070 US Hwy 9

Brianna was very helpful, respectful and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is interested in doing the same thing as well.

The Howell NJ location,the men's bathroom has been broken for 3weeks.the bathrooms can also use a cleaning.the storage itself,is well maintained.

Kelly was great! She showed me several different units on the day I was there and was very patient as I asked a bunch of questions. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects; pricing, insurance, types of units. She was also very thorough in showing me how to use the lock and how to use the passcode to unlock the gate. She made the experience nice and easy!

Getting settled into my storage unit was easy and the woman on site was very helpful, caring and overall pleasant. However, I filled my unit and when I inquired about getting a second unit, the prices had gone up over 65$ in just over a week from my first purchase and the company was not willing to do a multi unit discount or give me a 2nd unit for the same price I had gotten the first 1 for. I have since gotten 2 additional units at a 2nd facility who was willing to give me a multi unit discount.

The manager of Public Storage is one of the nicest ones I've ever dealt with. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish was different is that they had the gates open later. When you're moving 9:00 comes quicker than you would think.

Tom has always been there to help if I have any questions it's very clean the hours are great I just stopped in the office today and Ryan was very very helpful to I've had my unit for over 2 years it's a very safe place to keep your things

Tom is extremely helpful and friendly. He has been very nice to my parents who store here.

Having never had a storage unit before, I expected to be scammed and taken advantage of but Tom was kind, fair, efficient, and able to answer all my questions without hesitation. His estimate of the size unit I'd need based on what I told him I had turned out to be spot on. Best of all, location is prime - I went up the street to Home Depot to rent a van to move my stuff and was done way faster than expected.

One of the best customer service my husband and I have encountered here at this location. Her name is Michelle and she is the best! From the time we entered and showed us our options for storage, she was such a great help and very knowledgeable. This is our second time here getting storage (first time was 5 years ago) and she made us feel at home. I highly recommend this place and ask for Michelle, she will go above and beyond to make your visit a great one!

I apologize but this review is long over due for (07115) Last summer we were in the process of packing up my Mom's house and having to put things into storage. We went to Public Storage in Howell NJ. my first encounter was with Brian. I was impressed with his customer service. We ended up with 5 storage units. We are down to 1 storage unit and customer service person is Tom another impressive customer service agent. Thank you Public Storage in Howell NJ for making a very stress full time much easier.

The property manager was incredibly useful in picking a unit. I had picked a parking space instead of a unit accidentally. They found it and cleared it up instantly. Tom was nothing short of stupendous in his help.
