Zac’s Self Storage? is a clean and safe storage facility. The property is gated and provides access code entry, which made me feel secure about storing my belongings there. The units are spacious, easily accessible, and well maintained. Cindy was very helpful, the move-in process was quick and straightforward. Registration and payment were both simple and hassle-free, and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to choose Zac’s Self Storage and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a convenient and reliable storage facility.

I was relocating from the south to NJ and unfortunately my dates kept changing. Cindy was so helpful and understanding, she assisted me all through the process. Additionally, we had a delayed arrival, but she worked with the owner to facilitate things for us. I stayed in the unit much longer than I expected, and they were more than accommodating. I am giving them the highest recommendation possible they have been a pleasure to work with.

What started as a frustrating situation ended up being 5 star. I went to the management office (as there is no onsite office) and Zac took the time to help me out. I very much appreciated it. That is rare to find today. The level of customer service was unexpected, in a good way. Facility is clean and pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Searched the internet for affordable storage places . everybody was charging a lot of money for storage , I'm on a fixed income . I hope they don't raise their rates .

My experience with Zacﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s storage has been nothing but straightforward . Customer service was there and helped me with any questions I had. Payment was simple. Last but not least I was able to email all my information over with no problem.

So far things look great. However I just moved into the unit a few days ago. I'm not certain a out flooding but they don't cover it if so. I'm hoping it will work out fine.

Though finding the office to sign the contract took a little work. Everyone was nice and helpful but seemed a bit odd not to have someone on sight. Thanks for helping us out in a pinch!

Easy access with drive up units, open 7 days a week with convenient times. Very friendly and helpful booking service.

There isn't too much security at all. It's far from clean. Many of the storage units are empty and doors are broken. There is only a chain for security. I would never ever store anything of value at Zac's until they clean it out and invest in a security system. I store nothing valuable so the price was right for us. They have a terrible problem with people using the back of the units as a dumping ground.

I switched from 5'X10' to 10'X10'. The price on the website was different from the one charged in the office. Glad it's only for a few months.

After comparing prices for a 10'x20' storage space zac's was considerably cheaper. I inspected the facility ans was satisfied that my goods were safe. We moved in on Memorial Day. We got there late and needed extra time to unload. The manager told us "No problem,take as much time as you need". I was pleasantly surprised by his kindness.
