The clerk did not review the bill with me, just asked me if I wanted it on my credit card and whether I wanted an email receipt. It took so long to set the whole thing up - unbelievable, and there was no chair to sit on in the office. The worst part was that after reviewing the bill I discovered that I was charged for insurance - something I inquired about before the selecting them, and it was confirmed that insurance from the facility wasn't mandatory. So yet another hassle to deal with - have to call them to get this squared away... Yikes!
