Elevators always seem to be having issues.

My one wish is that there was hand sanitizer by the elevator since you are required to punch in a code to get to your unit.

Convenient but could use more dollies and elevator system a little slow

It was a seamless process applying for the storage space. I would recommend this facility to others. The location is also very convenient for me and is very clean.

Just signed up for new storage unit. Clean facility. James was amazing and very helpful pointing out the various items on insurance coverage, automatic payment terms, showing the unit and taking into account my request every step of the way. Keep it up guys!

The facility is in a convenient location and is very clean. Liz , the manager, is a mover and a shaker. She assisted me in locking down a storage unit within 15 minute before her next appointment which was at closing time. With wit, efficiency and strong grace , Liz made my experience stress free and a happy one as well. She is excellent!! Go LIz!

I had a fantastic experience with this particular location. I was in a bind and needed a small storage unit at the most cost-effective price and at the last minute. I went online and was able to reserve a unit at no cost. Within 30 minutes I was able to speak with a representative on the phone and then go to the site to visit it. It was just as advertised and they were running a special to get my first month and at a great rate. I was able to move my stuff in the next morning and the entire staff went out of their way to see me right before they closed and right as they opened the next day. They were very courteous, kind, and very professional.

Amazing customer service. We were there twice and were helped by Liz and James. They worked hard to ensure we found the right space for our needs for a reasonable price. They shared their knowledge to ensure we would use the space most efficiently and effectively. I would highly recommend this facility, especially because of the people.

We were extremely surprised with our expierence! James was phenomenal assisting with any questions or concerns we had. James had outstanding customer service through out the entire appointment! Yesterday I went to the office to sign paper work and pay for my unit. Liz was helpful, kind, and efficient and getting me all set up. I was relieved to see that they have moving carts available for use and that I can access the unit as I please. They also have a variety of packing supplies that I plan to purchase to keep all my belongings in mint condition. Overall, feeling less stressed about my upcoming move.

Convenient location, not isolated or secluded location so more secure when going in at late hours. Online rates are better and love the $1 promo rate for first month. They have security code for each tenant so no one without a code can enter the facility.

I spoke with Liz on the phone for over 20 minutes and she explained everything to me thoroughly. Liz set me up with an appointment to view the unit for the next day. I am always skeptical of this $1 specials because I know it's too good to be true, but it wasn't too bad once I went through the lease. Kwuana was the employee on site that helped me at my appointment, and took the time to answer all of my questions (which was a lot)! She showed me the unit I was going to rent, and gave me some tips on the best way to store things in the unit. After looking at the unit, Kwuana walked me through the pricing, the lease, and helped set me up with my unit. I have to say, they really get you in the taxes, insurance, administration fee, and cost of a lock, but overall I know my stuff will be safe here, and so far I've had a good experience with them. One downside is that they'll only prorate your unit if you move out of it within the first 6 days of the month, so you end up having to pay a full month if you have to move out any day beyond the 6th of the month. They also should lay out their fees more clearly on their website about the administration fee, cost of a lock, and what the fees are because although I knew my actual rent wouldn't be $1 for the first month, it ended up being $63. Kwuana did a great job explaining exactly what that $63 was made up of, and I know it isn't her fault that there are all these extra costs, but that's what makes me usually steer away from these national brands, the hidden fees/expenses.

Clean, convenient and affordable

My husband had a storage unit for a few years. The rate started out very reasonable but kept increasing over time. Our latest rate has been $224 which is about double when we started. He has since cancelled his storage unit and I rented out a new one at a similar rate to when we started. I will be sure to pay closer attention to the increases this time. I just don't understand why as a loyal tenant for some time that we pay considerably more than new tenants. I am basically able to save $100 a month by moving into a new storage unit of the same exact size.

Overall easy albeit a bit lengthy process to sign up. Great facility. The hidden fees (e.g. Administrative fees, $20 lock etc. ) are quite irritating and so is the not so subtle attempt to sell you insurance

The website does not list all descriptors for each unit (i.e. the one i reserved online had a 10 ft step ladder to get to the space, which I was not aware of.)

Everything went smooth with online booking and move-in but their online bill (before move in) is very misleading. It said "total move in cost" would be $25 ($1/first month $24 one time move in fee). They do not say anywhere that they also charge you $20 to buy a lock and at least $11 (per month) for mandatory insurance, bring the actual total to over $60.

Well run and clean facility. I just object the elevator. I think there should be 2 elevators: one for people bringing their bulky stuff up and down and a second elavator just for people, like in a normal building.

all staff did a great job helping me find the right space for the right price.

Hey ; This was great to have place to store my son's apartment furniture and personal belongings between apartments. The storage building was clean and air-conditioned. The rate was great and payment was easy. the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. (btw) if the front elevator is busy ; there's one in the back for a quick in and out.
