Storage Post - Jersey City

Glad I found a space. I have 24 hour access to my things at a super reasonable price. And the staff is very helpful.

The representative called me to follow up right after I reserve a storage. That was less than 2 minutes! She was really helpful in making sure I know exactly what I'm signing up for. Completing the reservation & checking in was a breeze. I got a storage in the first floor and I was done unload & loading my stuff from a 16" truck in 30 minutes. It was a bit repetitive having to keep entering the code every time we go in to the building but I think safety matters most! So far so good! :)

I must say the best part of the experience was the gentleman on the phone who helped me pick the unit and gave me the best options for what I needed. And it's 24 hours which is awesome. Did paperwork in 5 minutes. All together under 30 mins to get the storage!

Customer service sucks, they almost turned me around because I got there at 5:45 15 mins before closing and when I got to my rental it was dirty

It's my first experience and I am pleased overall. The facility is very secure and the customer service is great. They were very helpful over and over again. I am very forgetful so I had to keep asking. They helped me as though I had never asked before. I just hate the gnats that are constantly in your face and almost in your mouth. Other than that it's great and very secure I felt safe putting my processions there, no questions asked

This place is surely the best I've ever visited for storage, i would definitely recommend to anybody. The storage comes in all sizes and is clean to it's best and I would love to thank the staff who are really friendly. :)

There was a little bit of confusion regarding the auto-pay and the insurance but once it was verified by the DM everything was fine

Once you are late a MONTH, they put a lien and auction out your locker right away.

This place was a little hard to reach from downtown Jersey City, but that was the end of all the troubles. The employees there were friendly and got me through all the paperwork very quickly. I could buy a lock on location and they guided me the easiest way to reach my storage from the truck. Pretty much, no hassles, clean facility, and a very reasonable price compared to other storage facilities I checked.

The customer service was exceptional!! They went above and beyond to help me move in in a timely manner!! I am very happy!!

This storage facility is everything i was expecting and more. The facility looked clean and safe and the staff was very friendly, they showed me around the facility and were always willing to answer any questions that i had.

The staff members were extremely helpful. They possess a customer service mentality which is much needed in other businesses.

Clean place. Great pricing. Few trollies to be shared amongst all customers so wait time is to be endured.A few imp details like insurance and mandatory ladder-access to locker storage were left-out at the time of calling to make reservation

Val was excellent she had me in and out. the only thing is when she showed me the room there was 2 dead mice laying on the floor in my unit.

nicer than what I was using previously. but it's odd to have a storage where I have to use a ladder. the ladder isnt up to height with it. I have to jump into my storage. possibly injuring myself.

Overall the service was great the only thing I had to switch my reserved storage to something a bit bigger the price had a bigger leap to it and for 2 days I had to use a temporary password because mine would not work because of the whole switching of storage rooms!!

Renting was good, the young man and lady that were there were very nice and helpful. However when it came time to pay the man that answered the phone at the facility was very rude. As I hung up the phone I wanted to tell him he made me sick as I heard him say people make him sick.

Nice staff and helpful. Had some problems with the equipment like non existent cars or not closing doors but nothing serious. Clean and clear. Thx
