This is the best storage facility I have ever used within a hundred miles of my residence the manager mark it's more than willing to help you out with anything you need or any issues you may have facility,storage units with out a doubt are excellent. Manager Mark we'll go out of his way above and beyond very helpful over the years I've talked to the owner many times with issues I've had he has solved all of them reasonably and timely I now live 30 miles from the storage unit but I will keep it for many more years it is climate controlled and pest free and if I need a U-Haul guess what folks can get one right here reserve yours today because people stay and it's not that easy sometimes you may have to wait for a while but it's well worth it just talked to Mark the on-site manager and he will be more than willing to help you out and get the unit you want folks reserve your unit today and Mark will definitely keep in touch with you and keep you updated. hope this review helps have a blessed day.

They were very nice during the sign up process. They showed me the unit which was as described and gave me a run down of how the facility worked. They honor the AAA Free month and only require a minimum of 2 weeks notice if you are using auto pay.

They worked with me to be able to get in, even ahead of schedule, and made it quick and easy. Great staff. Good pricing

I did not give it a full 5 stars because there is a steep ramp from the loading bay to the elevator and if your cart is heavy and you are small, it's impossible to control the cart. Plus, it's difficult to get carts over the lip of the elevator upstairs and the carts need some wd40 desperately! Otherwise, super reasonably priced, clean, and 24/7 access. Could use a restroom though. All that being said, I can't say enough nice things about Catalina. She is a sweetheart, super helpful and made the move in process super easy. She deserves a raise!

Sparefoid, AAA, and Madter Secure gave me a deal and a half. Catalina is the nicest, most helpful customer service rep ever! She made the onboarding process so super easy and the facility is in a convenient location. I have only one tiny complaint that's not even worth a sliver of a star, but please wd40 the wheels on the moving carts - that squeaking is skull splitting. I've already recommended y'all to everyone local that I talk to. Great experience!

Nice place, even better staff.

The receptionist is extremely nice and informative. She really knows her stuff. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. The price for the space was ehh iffy. But beggars can't be choosers. I really like the fact that the establishment provides lifts to help move your items from your car to your unit. I would highly recommend this place.

This is the best price..location AND 24 hr aces Jersey Shore storage I have experienced. Location is around other commercial and retail biz just off main highway. Plus carts and good car ramp and pull in options. Catalina the service rep was GREAT! AND helped me with all my payment options AND discounts and pro rated month.

Catalina was very helpful and my experience with master secure storage was great. We got a good discount by leasing for a year and reserving through sparefoot.com. Would highly reccomend this faculty.

Ever since Maurice and Jacob purchased the storage facility, it is getting better all the time. They are sincerely interested in improving it for their customers. They just installed a new customizable keypad entry (you can choose your own code) and motion-sensitive lighting throughout. I just moved the contents of my house and movers, who had never been there, were astounded by the enormity of the elevator. They got all my stuff into the elevator in one trip. And the prices are good. They will work w/you to get you what you need at a reasonable price.

i WAS LOOKING FOR A FAIR PLACE TO STORE MY VALUE MEMOIRS. i WAS AT A PLACE THAT RAISE PRICES UP EVERY YEAR. $90 TO 125.00 IN TWO YEARS. PLUS OTHER FEES. i NOW PAY UPFRONT AND SAVED A LOT OF MONEY.THE OWNERS WHERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME MOVE MY VALUABLES TO A SAVE PLACE. i VERY VERY HAPPY.
