John is an experienced and top-notch customer service representative. I booked online and reserved my space with no problem. He then took me through the process and gave me all of the information I needed to easily access my unit.

The unit is dirty, dusty with hanging wires. Not sure if it's life wire.

John was very helpful. He had all the answers.

All staff were fantastic from the beginning. Even before I can press send, they had called me to talk through my options and to alert me of somethings that were needed to complete the reservation. No contact, professional, and easy to utilize.

The storage place is very well run. The entrance gate could use some lubricating. Very noisy when in operation.

I had rented a unit in shrewsbury that was too small for all the stuff and she and John, the manager at Shrewsbury, were able to find a workable space at the Eatontown location. I'm a fan of Public Storage!

Brought my grandfather in to get a storage unit. He has early stages of dementia and can be really difficult to deal with. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I went to get my unit and the system was down. I kept getting the run around about the system. To make a long story short, several weeks later I still can access the gate after the office is closed.
