Great experience! Eunice, the property manager, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and helped me get all of my paperwork signed in no time at all. Her customer service was fantastic and I will definitely recommend to anyone in need of storage in the future.

Very good place clean and friendly

wonderful experience. I tried to do it on line but got stuck so I went down in person to the Neptune N.J. unit where Eunice was so sweet and helpful and guided me thru the process. My unit is perfect for my needs and I like the security system too so I know my furniture is safe. You guys ROCK!!

One of the other customers had propped open the door. I don't know how you respond to that. It left the facility unsecured.

Shannen & Eunice took very good care of us when we rented a space. They were thorough, friendly and worked quickly, since we were on a tight schedule. They made sure that they showed us the unit, that we understood the security systems, and that we had everything we needed to take care of our possessions. Everything about it

Unnaceptable that the glass doors are not fixed. Have been broken for more than 2 months now. Elevators are required to have a certified current safety/compliance inspection posted in them for guests to see. Yours does not.

The service was amazing. The service rep was outstanding! I will for sure tell my friends about the location and service.

The staff are well informed and take all the time necessary to answer all questions and concerns.
