Public Storage - Tinton Falls - 950 Shrewsbury Ave

I was able to reserve a unit the same day that I called. When I arrived at the public storage unit, I was greeted by Rita. She was very professional and helpful. It was a very seamless process.

I was originally attracted to your advertised fee of $32 for the size unit I needed. Then, when I found out it was a walkup, I upgraded to $48 for elevator access, because my wife and I are over 65 with medical issues. Also, we primarily need the space for some heavier items. When When we arrived at your place, we first found out about all your unadvertised add ons. Then we had to find out for ourselves that the elevator we needed to move our stuff was out of order. We were forced to download less important items and returned home with the stuff we really needed to store.

John at the Shrewsbury Ave (Tinton Falls) Public Storage was great. After I made my reservation online - John promptly called e the next morning to confirm everything and answer any questions. When it came time to sign the lease and get everything in order, John was friendly and very efficient. He took us to our unit which was clean and dry, and was very informative in opening and closing the lock too. I only gave 4 stars because I have not yet used the unit as I will move my goods in this weekend.
