The storage unit is clean dry and easily accessible. Unfortunately there is not always someone in the office during business hours. When one calls customer service there is no live operator. That’s very frustrating especially if you have an emergency while on the property.

I was in here the other day to learn more about storage. The young woman who helped me was Nancy. I want to say that she has to be the most professional person I have ever met. I walked in at the same time as another customer, I told her she can go first. She tells Nancy she wants to see sizes. Nancy explained to her that she would help her if she waited because she had an appointment who should be there any minute. This woman starts screaming while Nancy stayed calm. When the woman left, she still managed to help me with a smile on her face. I don't know how she did it, but we need more people like her.

Nancy is always a pleasure to work with. I have had a unit there for quite some time now and have seen many people come and go. She is by far my favorite person who has worked there. I'm sure I'm not the only customer that feels this way.

Justin was really transparent with me about the cost breakdown and explained things he found people overlook the most to help me keep my stuff secure and undamaged. Hard to find genuine help like that. Put me at ease about something I was against spending money on.

This is the first time using a storage unit and it was seamless. We completed the paperwork and moved our things in right after. They had helpful hand trucks to cart our things from the car to the unit. The unit was clean and the manager showed us how to use the lock and the gate to get in. Overall it was an easy process and the people who worked there were very helpful!

I recently sold a townhouse and needed a place to store furniture and personal items. Never having used a storage facility before I visited three companies in the immediate area. I found the Public Storage facility to be my best option for the type of unit that I needed and for the money. The employees have been very helpful and I am very pleased with my ability to access the unit quickly and efficiently.
