Debbie Is Very knowledgeable and explained the whole process of My storage needs simple and to the point and I was finished in a short time THANK you public storage.

Perfect location, clean, friendly.

We were disappointed when we realized we needed a second unit during our move that we were not given any discount based on that idea that this was a second unit. The prices of the units kept changing, the units are not temperature controlled and we were "upsold" on tarps needed to keep our things dry. We ended up renting a damaged unit (the only one of the size left) and again were offered no discount for doing this. If we had time, we would have looked elsewhere.

Storage Rental on Milltown Road. Even though I just rented a storage space last Thursday, thing went well the first two days when we were able to load up the furniture.Debbie was extremely helpful and easy to talk to.

I was very pleased the only thing I'm not happy with is going up stairs

The team at Public Storage were very professional and knew what I needed right away. They were thorough, and helpful with accommodating my needs. I liked how they worked together to make sure I had everything, and was informed of all the information I needed to know about my unit.

Everything is good. A little bit expensive for what you get.

The manager is out standing I do not like the stairs and the darkness. I will never go at night.it will be very nice if everything was on the lower floor or a elevator and stairway with Lights.

Alex was amazing! She helped me decide on a smaller storage unit depending on what I told her I had, which made me save money! Who doesn't love that!? She walked me through it all and gave me my own lock. Alex was so nice and gave such an amazing customer service experience! My first time at a storage unit and she made it so easy!

Had to find a storage after my move back from Texas I was told I needed a 8x10 when I walked in and told the rep (Nita) I needed to confirm my reservation and see the lot she said what do you have? I explained everything and she knew exactly what she was talking about she said thats not gonna work for you, you need a 10x15 let me show you that one and sure enough she was right!!! Unfortunately they had no specials on that one but she was so great I stayed and payed the full month! Thats the type of customer service I am talking about!!!!

Alex was very helpful. She asked what I was planning to store to help determine what size unit I would need. She was also able to assist me with getting boxes and other items I need to help pack.

Needed a rental space and Public Storage fit the bill. Clean facility and a friendly employee who showed me the unit that best fit my needs.

I'm happy to have my belongings in Public Storage.

Never rented before and Joe answered all my questions and concerns. He was amazing and made it so easy for me!

The staff was excellent but the prices are a little to much in my opinion

The manager who processed my application was friendly,helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend the storage facility to friends and family.

The front desk help is very very helpful. We currently have two units and the second unit's ceiling looks a but compromised. Also, the front gate was broken in the open position for about two months when we first moved in.mi would say 1 out of every 3 times we go to the unit, the gate is open.

Things went very smoothly

I love this facility. The units are clean and well keep. Cathy is the best.
