The Manager of the facility took great care of me. She was friendly, offered assistance and made recommendations I wouldn't have thought of before moving in. The location is within 7 minutes of my home and accessibility to the unit is very good with multiple loading pallets available. The facility was well lit and the hallways were wide enough to make maneuvering of furniture painless. There was a structural column in the unit I was given, but I had sufficient room for all of my items.

Frankly speaking, good pricing, cleanliness, and customer service.

The manager was very welcoming and helpful. She provided excellent customer service. The only challenge I had was the only spaces that were available for the size unit that I selected had a very large pillar in all of them. This took up a lot of space that I could have used. Since this was my first time ever renting storage space it was a lesson learned. If I need space in the future, I will definitely do better research and view the space before my move-in date. I honestly felt because those were the only units available for that size that there should have been an additional discount.

The facility was very clean, I was offered a very good price but although I had visited the facility personally and made a reservation, I was not kin their system when I showed up. When I returned later that day to bring my items to storage the code I was given was not working and I had to call customer service. The temporary code they gave me did not work either and they had to call the manager for him to give me an emergency code. I tried calling during office hours the next day to make sure my code was corrected but was not able to get through. I will try again today to make sure everything is corrected.

I did my homework and drove around to a few places within 5 miles of this Ridgefield location thinking that speaking with store managers personally would help pricing(didn't help much) , and of course to see the location, this location was the better of them all and pricing was significantly better than all as well. However, what made all of the above much better was the service provided by the two gents that work at this location. Working in sales myself and always looking to achieve high standards for clients, I can certainly appreciate excellent service. Glen and Eric delivered world class service in my opinion. I highly recommend CubeSmart and this location!
