I like it and the customer service was real nice and it’s very easy to get to the the storage

Exelente customer service but need to be more clean

From start to finish, the help and the calls were very forthcoming. I would definitely recommend Prime Storage to friends.

Clean and large space............

I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to leave a review however I continuously received emails to review and rate. Overall Customer service was excellent. I was surprised that my storage unit was/ is filthy. I purchased cleaning products to clean it and it appears that perhaps it needs a deep cleaning.

Need lift gates and proper push carts

I just had a fire I booked a storage rental for the last of what I could salvage from my 3 family home. I arrived to be told by Shawn that my rental was not ready today -Saturday and to come back Monday. I have no house anymore where did he want me to leave my belongings. He offered a larger unit for a larger price I told him I do not have that many things. He offered a storage for half the size for 30.00 less. I told him I would rebook on the site I use. I went to a friend's house and rebooted the storage this time a different special for 105 for half the size of the other one. I drive back to be told that he could not give me the new rental because I declined the rental that was not ready. I told him I didn't decline it rather your company had it listed and I booked it and you still have other people's stuff inside it if you move their stuff out I will happily put mines in. This is false advertising it's not available. He told me I can not do a rental with the company. I have been using this storage facility since 2012. Shawn the manager was unhelpful and I'm filing charges with the better business bureau. Since they have been taken over by a new company I definitely do not recommend this place or Shawn. I would use 20 Mill St storage.

Had positive experience with Quadera. Online person gave wrong information
