Public Storage - Hillside - 625 Glenwood Ave

They could at least stay open till 12 some of us work 12 hr shifts other than that it’s clean

i wish i would have known about this location sooner i would have rented it a lot sooner staff were very helpful not only to me but to my movers i cant tell how smoothly thing went after i was helped by the staff this one young lady went above and beyond so sorry i forgot her name .

Every time I visited for the past couple of years. The staff was professional and courteous. On 4/29/17 Staff member Kareem was very knowledgeable about the units and polite and respectful. On the next day 4/30/17 Staff member Joe when above and beyond his job.By helping others as well including me.When my stuff fell over. Joe came over to help and assist me. By picking up what fell over.Also help me with my bag that was left on the step.You guys do a excellent job as a team.I would like to recommend if you are in need of storage space.Visit Hillside, NJ public storage.The units are kept clean and clear....

Sweet to the point personable and knowledgeable staff

My associate was Brittany who did an excellent job at providing of what trust customer service is. She first proceed asking if I called and reserved a unit and I said yes providing her with my name and then asked a series of questions to fit me with the correct unit I needed. For the tour for the unit it was the correct size and we proceeded back inside finishing up paper work.

The young lady that help me was very polite and courteous to the needs of my unit. She was very knowledgeable to the company's policy. And I would recommend this company for anyone that needs extra storage.

The customer service at the Hillside location was EXCELLENT! The store Manager was very helpful he walked me thru the facility to ensure I was getting the unit that I wanted! Over all I am extremely satisfied with my unit and the location is very clean!

Great and friendly customer service. Availability for storage access is wonderful. Property is clean and I feel my things are secure.

We needed to downsize the stored office files and equipment and the staff made our transition very easy.

My old rate will expire at the end of this month. And I will have to pay a larger amount. That pisses me off. And I wish someone could help me.
