One negative was app did not function properly to let me into facility; able to use keypad.

The on lune process was simple and the price was better or equal to surrounding options

I really hope it works out. It seems like it will.

Brittany the property manager was excellent upon me entering the facility. She went through all the paperwork accurately so I can undertand all the procedures in renting the storage. Nice and clean great hospitality

The person on duty was great. He even tried to keep me out of the rain while showing me my unit and took me early for my appointment

I rented 3 units at this location and have been treated with respect and care at all times, Nicole, Brittany and Joey have been specially attentive and amicable. They answered all my questions and made things easy for me. I received great service from them and would recommend using this Public Storage location.

I would like to thank and commend Jordan, Brittany and Joe for all their help with my first storage experience. I had lots of questions and was unsure as to what exactly I would need. They showed me the space and property which were both very well maintained. They were also very helpful and addressed all my concerns. All three were cheerful, approachable and professional. I've been with Public Storage for years. At times I've had to either get a bigger unit or a smaller one. They've always been clean and the employees are very helpful. Well lit and well secured. However, they are very quick to charge you if you move in during a billing cycle, yet if you vacate during the billing cycle they don't credit you. I pay it because I have too, but it's sooooooo not fair!
