Public Storage - Wallington - 3 Curie Ave

The elevator system is a bit difficult to work, as we needed to enter our access code twice; once to get the elevator to open and then again to get it to move to our floor destination.

I was in a rush trying to out this together and they made it easy. I would most definitely recommend this facility.

Clean and easy processing plenty of room and privacy

I'm sorry to say this facility does not take care of the issue it has with the entry doors. The main rolling door has been out for over a week and that is 3 to 4 parking spaces not in use, then the other 2 are single driveways, so you have wait a long time for them to load or unload, whatever the circumstance is at that moment.

Found it online l, went in to do the paperwork. Had some questions answered and was out quickly

I called did the reservation over the phone while i was on my way to the storage everything was set up, when i get there they said I'm sorry we just rented your storage. So why do people do reservations if you don't apply them?

I was only there for a month. My time was short but all my expectations were met. I would highly recommended this storage facility.

All employees have been very courteous and helpful. My only suggestion include the placing of signs in visible places asking that carts, ladders, and hand trucks be returned to their proper location and not left in the way of paths to storage areas, office, etc. No issues, I am happy with Public Storage thus far. As soon as I walked in I felt right at home I was greeted by Lexine and Ashley. These two lovely ladies were absolutely courteous and helpful. Nothing less then a smile on their face. Every and any question I had they had a response for. These ladies were extremely top flight ???????it was a amazing and quick experience which I would definitely recommend ????

Ashley and Lexine were very helpful today. I needed a second unit very last minute and they made the process so much easier than I expected in these crazy times. Thank you ladies!

Very friendly workers Robert a trainee & Ashley a long time employee were both very fast & efficient while selecting my unit.

I recently visited just to get some info about renting a space. I spoke to a young lady named Lexine and she was very helpful. I normally don't leave reviews but her customer service was awesome. She was patient, courteous, and always had a smile. She made sure that I had all the information I needed before leaving.

Sal was great. He makes you feel like he has known you for years. Glad to be back with this site!

I did not like that the obligatory insurance was not mentioned in the initial telephone quote but was sprung on me when I signed the contract. I think that Public Storage's insurance should provide the coverage.

This was very simple and Liz who helped us was fantastic.

Not happy because they are charging me a late fee. I was never told about a fee.
