We had somewhere else all lined up. The day before we were to arrive, (mind you we were in Virginia when we heard the news) I get an email saying sorry, have to cancel. That's it. Freaking out, searching on line, freaking out, I finally found Sparefoot. I believe his name was Omar. He was the absolute BEST. He was patient, listened to what I was actually saying instead of just some stock answers, and in the end found Secure Space at an amazing price. Check in went great and we are so pleased with the facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My first time using a storage facility . I reserved online and received a call shortly thereafter from Kenny. He walked me through the process to pay and was there when I arrived. He walked me to my unit and answered all of my questions along the way. He was so kind & attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable accessing my unit and had a handcart to transport my items.

Doug gave us the best customer service. He answered all our questions, and, most of all, the storage area was very nice.

Great location to store your valuables. Its clean prices are reasonable and the customer service is A+. Be sure to note the office hours close earlier than the storage access time if you need to handle anything with the office you should do so before 60ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂ挾m

This is a nice, new, clean and spacious facility. If you are looking for storage, give this a look. Kenny and Doug are very helpful and professional.

Great place. Climate control is terrific. The only thing I wish is that they would put soap in the bathrooms.
