Friendly staff! They made the process very easy and answered all our questions.

From beginning to end the whole experience was stress-free and wonderful. All arrangements were made online and by phone with Louis who was extremely helpful and courtesous.

Matthew was amazinggg! He was great at directing us of which size we needed. He made the transition really smooth !

Third time using SpareFoot as well as CubeSmart. I really like being able to compare all units available to me from different vendors. See locations, sizes and pricing. Very convenient. Not a big negative but pricing and admin fees were slightly more than SF stated, saying those were from a year ago. Wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t deter me from using SF in future though.

I was able to rent a storage unit completely online from another state with no issues at all. The staff is extremely helpful and answered all of my questions very promptly and completely. They were clear with all of the instructions and were available for any additional questions.

Manager was beyond helpful and friendly. Entire property was clean with no garbage visible at any point. Our unit was clearly swept out and cleaned before we got there. Well done.

Overall the people there are very helpful and a clean air conditioned facility. No complaints except, the move in hours are posted until 9:00 PM, I arrived with some boxes at 8:45 on Wed, April 29th and the gate was locked, I wish they would have told me gates close before 9:00, this would have save me a trip.

Clean well maintained friendly staff.

Luggage cart in the storage is very hard to operate and there is a step in what make it even more difficult. To sign a lease you will need to have a lock with you, and nobody from the office sad it to me when we talked by a phone. That made me to do an additional trip home and back.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, unit was extremely clean and 100% dry. They can help you with insurance and even sell quality locks at a fair price if you need one. Facility was easy to find and has enough room to easily manuver a moving truck and flat bed trailer. Highly recommended!

Being from California, I needed to find a place to store my school belongings for the summer. Called on a Monday and I was moving stuff in by Wednesday. Danielle and Nicole were extremely helpful! The process for getting storage at Cube Smart in Hanover couldn't have been easier. I went online and reserved the exact size space I needed. It only took a few minutes to fill out the information necessary and after clicking submit I received a confirmation email. It was super simple, and fast. The next day I went in and Danielle showed me the space, and I was more than pleased with size and the price of the space. Danielle set up everything and the process only took about ten minutes from site to payment. I was absolutely satisfied overall, and will highly recommend Cube Smart to all my friends and family in need of storage space.

Fantastic customer service! I called on a Monday, started moving in two days later. The facility is very clean and the rental process super easy. I could not be happier with my unit! I had some difficulty at the gate, the second time because I didn't have my paperwork and mixed up the order of two of the numbers, but that took a minute to fix. Otherwise, everything is better than I expected. Very good value.

I moved in yesterday evening (Thursday April 28). Everything is just what I was told. The space is adequate for my needs. Everyone was helpful. Overall, excellent value.

Excellent, knowledgeable group of people!! Ben and Ray could not have been a bigger help, unless they were to load and unload for me! One day, I lost my keys to the unit. Ray answered the door before hours and then looked for them. He called me within 20 minutes with the good news, relieving my potential panic attack!

I picked this site initially for the price and close proximity. They were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was told to me what I needed to know. I have been at other storage units before and so far this has been the best. Thanks.

The size unit I needed was available and in a location that was perfect for what I am storing. The location of the store was farther than I wanted but is convenient to several truck rental facilities. They were not able to tell me for sure if they still have the pay for 12 months and get the 13th free deal. The free truck for moving in was a pleasant surprise but it really costs $10 and the $100 CASH deposit was a minor annoyance in this cashless society. (Had to borrow $25 from my daughter).

Manager stayed an hour late on a Sunday afternoon to make sure I got checked in when I needed to. And also accommodated a last minute change in unit size. Very friendly and helpful!

I initially chose to store with CubeSmart in East Hanover because the prices were the best for the type of storage I was in need of (short term, medium-size) to help complete a move to a new house that will take a few months to complete. The service I got from Ray and Bobby was fantastic and the facility is in great condition. I rated 4.5/5 because the access hours (6am to 10pm) aren't great, but they're good enough.

Had a great experience with manager Ashley and the staff, who went the extra mile and were very helpful to us in our move. We were able to use the free truck for the initial move-in which was awesome. The drive-up spaces are very convenient, and we recommend them highly. We got the 10x10 space, and I think it was a very fair price. So, overall we felt we had definitely made the right choice.

The staff is the best, could not ask for a more professional and courteous customer service group.

I had a great experience here with everyone at East Hanover's U-store_it. They provided SUPERIOR customer service, always willing to help with hand trucks, access issues, etc. Even a bottle of water as i moved out and was drenched. Great team here...
