very good facility customer service was outstanding.

The staff was super helpful, explaining the pricing and offering alternative options to make sure I got the best deal for the best price. Emerald (staff) even pointed out that I could save money on insurance of my renter's insurance covers storage (it did). She then showed me where her favorite local lunch spot was. Just a really good experience.

It's an ok place. My only complaint is that the person I spoke to made it seem as though we could move any anytime after we picked up the keys (between 11-3). But when my husband when to move our stuff into storage, the gates closed at 10. Very inconvenient. I only choose this place because I thought there was 24 hr access.

The staff at this facility were not only on the ball but very helpful! They offered tips on maximizing spaces and were very clear on the offerings of this facility. I look forward to seeing everyone of them again and feel very safe leaving our belongings in storage here. The staff member who handled my paperwork was very efficient and friendly, the support staff was helpful and chivalrous!. The value is tremendous and very convenient! Thanks Guys! Anne

After a ton of shopping around for facilities, sizes and prices, I landed on CubeSmart for my short-term storage needs. The facility has no elevator or climate control (a little worrisome as we head into summer) but I was able to fit in almost all my possessions. I was a little disappointed that the unit had cobwebs and dirt, but both were easily gotten rid of. The gate stays open a little long, but since I had a caravan of cars, it worked in my favor. The cart for towing boxes needs to have its wheels realigned, but other than that I am very happy.

Will & Emerald are very personable & professional workers. But I HAVE to note that Will was the 1st person I spoke to and that call sold me for sure. I have not run into a more caring, competant sales person in a decade. Spare-Foot mishandled information & Will was able to come up with an alternative solution. Once we met, he has continued to be a SUPER worker. He deserves some REAL A feedback. I would recommend a PAID weekend off since he is NEVER off on a weekend (not even to go to church). Emerald spends her OWN money to have candy at the front desk. Considering how long the paerwork takes, this is a welcomed treat.
