I just want to say that Heather the property manager is so nice, friendly and very helpful. She made my whole experience with renting the storage unit as well as the paperwork for registration for the unit also with making sure that the unit would work for my storage needs, so easy and Pleasant. As well as I love the fact of that the facility is very clean and we'll taken care of as well as that for myself being a double amputee of the legs it is very easy to get to and from my storage unit as well with the hours that the storage units are available to be accessed. But most of all I would have to say that it came down to the fact that the staff is so nice, friendly and helpful an the facilities security measures as well as it being clean and mostly the pricing. So in clothing I would definitely give them a Five Star rating as well as recommend to other people that if you need a storage unit to definitely go see or call Heather at PUBLIC STORAGE on the mall road in ROCKAWAY New Jersey.

From Susan at their customer service desk to Heather the property manager, all I can say is "WOW!" They really know what they're doing! Helped me figure out what size, got me a great deal, and the property itself is clean, secure, and well lit. Also they're hours are great!! This location is so easy to get in and out of too! I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Great experience. VERY HAPPY!!

Updated 9/13/2017 After using Public Storage for almost a year, I had the pleasure of discussing my transition to a smaller unit. In the past year, I have never experienced any problems from storage, access, billing, or with customer service. Heather, the office manager, informed me of the move/transition process clearly and factually. She also provided confidence to eliminate any problems. Heather also listened to my specific needs, and provided me with all facts needed. Heather is truly an asset to Public Storage, and that definitely feed into dealing with the customer. Many thanks.
